Donahue & Associates is excited to announce that Perky Planet, Cafe St. Paul, Juice Amour and a soon to be named Ramen Shop will all be opening their doors at the new building at 194 St Paul Street. Champlain College students have already moved in to the brand new apartment building above! These cafe’s will be a great addition to the street and to Burlington’s Downtown!
