Tenzin Dorjee, owner of Himalaya Restaurant, has leased 3,910SF of space at 3 Main Street in Burlington, VT. Kendra Kenney of Donahue & Associates represented Tenzin Dorjee in this exciting waterfront restaurant deal.  Himalaya’s Burlington menu will be divided into Bhutanese, Nepalese and Tibetan options and will offer an authentic cultural dining experience. Previously known as Madera’s Restaurante Mexicano & Cantina, Himalaya Restaurant hopes to not only bring a taste with ethnic flare, but also build cultural awareness and community outreach.
