Kendra Kenney of Donahue & Associates represented Tenzin Dorjee in this exciting waterfront restaurant deal.  Himalaya’s Burlington menu will be divided into Bhutanese, Nepalese and Tibetan options and will offer an authentic cultural dining experience. Previously known as Madera’s Restaurante Mexicano & Cantina, Himalaya Restaurant hopes to not only bring a taste with ethnic flare, but also build cultural awareness and community outreach.

LEASED – Steve Donahue represented Fastenal in the relocation of their White River Junction facility and the leasing of a new showroom and wholesale distribution facility.

This two story office building was purchased by an investor and will be home to Green Mountain Concert Services. Thank you Grant Butterfield of Nedde Real Estate for his work on this sale.
