Whether Steve is crafting a proforma on an investment property, delving into zoning regulations, overlooking a construction project and budget, analyzing competing opportunities, or assisting on the design of a space, you are assured he is enjoying his time and efforts assisting on his various assignments. Steve’s combination of insight and skills along with his energy and enthusiasm enable him to provide his customers with a commercial brokerage and advisory service second to none. Steve lives in Burlington with his four children Kaitlin (College of Charleston), Amy (George Washington University), Ian (Northeastern University), and Mia (Forman School/Lasell University). A proud UVM alumna, Steve follows and roots for the Catamounts at the many University sporting events, as well as participating in many community causes and activities.
