Steve Donahue and Meg McGovern of Donahue & Associates represented White Cap Ventures in the leasing of 29,183 square feet of office space to the State of Vermont for the relocation of a portion of the Department of Health and Human Services. The Department of Health and Human Services is excited to be the first to occupy the former Rossignol facility as it begins its’ transformation to a technology/office park.
