Joining the firm in September 2007. Tony Shaw has been in sales & marketing in Northern Vermont for 25 years and a Burlington business owner. Working closely with companies like Burton Snowboards, Rossignol Ski Company, Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, TDK Consumer Electronics as well as many successful publishing ventures, Tony was part of an integral step in the marketing process helping these companies achieve significant market share. Tony has three years in residential sales at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty in Burlington. Tony is the sixth generation to know and love what it means to live and do business in Burlington; he is also a graduate of the University of Vermont. Tony lives in Burlington with his wife Sheila, and three children, Wyatt, George and Lillian.

Mike has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. For over 10 years Mike was the Sales Manager at The Automaster. Mike recently sold the Olympiad real estate for redevelopment and sold the business to the Sports and Fitness Edge to further pursue commercial real estate. His attention to detail, straightforward attitude and passion for client’s success make it possible for him to provide extraordinary service and direction to his clients. As a native Vermonter and former business owner, Mike is well connected in the community and has long standing relationships with several local businesses. Mike lives in South Burlington with his wife Heather and three children Jennifer, Hayden and Caroline. A graduate of Champlain College, Mike is active with his alma mater and enjoys participating in community activities. When Mike isn’t busy consulting with clients he can be found at the hockey rink or boating on Lake Champlain in the summer.
